Ever feel low energy and want to get a move on? Here’s a breathing protocol that revs you up, while creating a calm clear focus.
Just like bulletproof coffee, but better!
Now: Get in your upright-seated position.
Start a cadence breath by inhaling 4 then exhaling 4.
Repeat 3 times.
Follow this with a sharp quick exhale through the nose 20X (naval to spine, inhale will take care of itself). This is called kapalabhati.
Repeat 3-5 rounds 4×4 cadence followed by kapalabhati.
This breathing protocol activates and balances the sympathetic (Get up and go!) and parasympathetic (I’m safe.) nervous system.
This is universally useful.
